How do I set up an account with IV RX Pharmacy & Medical Supply?
Setting up an account is easy. Complete the form on the Signup Today page and a representative from IV RX Pharmacy and Medical Supply will contact you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders received before 3:00 PM CST Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. We ship UPS and FedEx to better service all areas within the state of Texas.
How do I search for products?
To start using our product search, you’ll need to log in first. Once logged in, you’ll find it easy to use. You only need to enter the first few letters of the drug name you want to see, and all items starting with those letters will be displayed. You can also enter an NDC number or our item number to see the product. Additionally, you have the ability on our search program to see all manufacturers that we carry on each item.
How do I place an order?
You need to have an account to purchase our products. Login to your account or click
Log In to view our products. Select either Generic Drugs or DME and Medical Supplies. Scroll and select from the available products or you can search by typing the product name.
Click on the product name button. The order quantity defaults to 1 pack quantity. To order more than 1 pack quantity, click on the + (plus) button, then click “ADD TO CART” button.
To order additional items, go back to the “Shop” button and select the product name button you wish to add and follow the same ordering process.
You can view your orders by clicking “VIEW CART” button. If you have finalized your purchase, simply click on “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in your billing details, select your payment option and click “Place Order”. Your order is now complete.
What are IV RX Pharmacy & Medical Supply’s hours of operation?
You can call us at 346-703-0033 during our hours of operation shown in our home page. After hours, please leave a message and we will respond to your message the next business day. You may also use the Contact Us form on our home page to send us an email anytime. We will respond to your message the next business day.
Can I get a copy of an invoice online? Statement?
Yes! You only need to log into your account, click on Previous Purchase History and you will be able to print any invoice you need. There is also a link to print a copy of your most recent statement located in the same drop-down location.
How do I get tracking information for my order?
You can do that directly on our website. Go to ‘Order Status’ and you will see a list of your orders. There will be a tracking number beside the orders that have been shipped. Click on this number and you will be transferred to the website for that shipper and the tracking information will be made available.
